HOW DO I LOG MY RUNNING/WALKING/CYCLING/SWIMMING?
You can log your runs/walking/cycling/swimming in anyway you see fit. There are many great running apps out there such as Strava, Garmin & Runkeeper (have a look on your phones app store!) We just ask that you submit your triathlon evidence by 1pm on the 14th June for the One Month challenge or by 1pm on the 14th July for the August challenge in order that we can get your medal sent out to you ASAP!
ARE THERE CERTAIN AMOUNTS I HAVE TO DO OF EACH ACTIVITY?
Quite simply no! You can do any combination of walking, running, swimming and cycling to make up your distance!
WHEN DO I NEED TO SUBMIT MY EVIDENCE BY?
We just ask that you submit your running evidence by 1pm on the 14th June 2020 for the One Month challenge or 14th July for the Two Month challenge in order that we can get your medal sent out to you ASAP! Early submissions are always welcome!
